The room was spacious clean and enjoyed having the pod coffee maker, the staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Very helpful staff! Good mattress and pillows. Access to World Class fitness centre with a swimming pool and different saunas (bring your bottle, you can refill water there). Location is good if you don't need to go to another part of the city in the morning. Good walk along the river bank towards Atyrau Bridge and park.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and memorable experience. I must commend the front desk manager, Kamila, for her exceptional customer service. Kamila went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was seamless and efficient. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made me feel not only welcomed but valued as a guest. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to providing excellent service, and Kamila truly exceeded my expectations.

Everything was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom had all necessary toiletries. There was one tiny issue that was fixed instantly by the staff. The fitness centre amazing, world class really (that was also the name of the fitness centre). Great value for money.

The hotel is nice and in a good location! However, it seems like it is a bit dated in the common areas. The staff where helpful and friendly during the complete stay.

The hotel fulfills all the needs for a working trip and the staff is really warm and helpful. Wi-Fi works extremely well and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Having stayed in numerous of the international hotels in Astana I feel that the Radisson is one of the best and definitely the best value for money! Nice rooms, great breakfast and the fitness/leisure facilities are second to none - far above what you'd expect in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and courteous, and were attentive to our individual requirements. There are 3 nice bars and several places to eat. The location is very central with many good restaurants, bars and attractions within walking distance. The hotel has use of the "world class" fitness centre meaning access to a fully equipped gym, classes, a proper swimming pool with saunas etc and facilities for children to play (including staff to look after them). The hotel is very reasonably priced also, including the room service and bar. Overall well recommended!
